 Option 1: Tips for new teachers.  I really think that the best advice given for new teachers is to get advice from experienced teachers. Teachers who have already been teaching for years have had so many experiences before and they have been through so much and know it was like their first year of teaching. New teachers could honestly learn a lot of things from experienced teachers as they already know what teaching is like. I also think that another great piece of advice is to have patience. Teaching will slowly start to get easier as time goes on and new teachers will eventually get the hang of it. I think that one of the worst new teachings   advice  is assigning seats. In my opinion, I don’t think that having seating arrangements is one of the top priorities for new teachers.   After watching this, it made me realize how many people actually use technology. I think that it's such a great technique, but what I am most impressed and surprised about is the fact that people tend to learn better using the technology. I can see how it can be way easier online then having to do your work on paper and I do find it more entertaining to do your work than having it on paper. Nowadays, most schools have chrome books and we usually use everything online. In a way, I am really concerned about how much we use technology on a daily basis. Being on chrome books all day means that the students are having high screen times in a way it can affect the students. Technology may be a fun way to learn but sometimes I think it is best to do things on paper every once in a while.  Option 2 In my opinion, I think that google classroom is an amazing source to use and I think it is pretty useful to every teacher. Ever since covid happened, almost every teacher I have had has been using google classroom and they think it's easier and much simpler. Teachers mostly use google classrooms so that they are able to communicate with their students and be able to assign assignments that the students need to do. I like using google classroom because the teachers can give you the instructions on what to do and they can also assign other types of attachments that could be useful in our assignments. The teachers can also comment on it, and you can also use it to see the grade that you received on that assignment. The teachers can also make announcements there if they need to talk to the whole class instead of having to gmail them on what they would like to say. I found this presentation really interesting and really funny. I loved how he was able to teach an hour class and still keep it entertaining. The topics that he talked about were really interesting and are things that people should know especially about the certain things that happen in life. What I really liked about this was that it was able to talk about the important matters and how it is actually a thing in today's society. It really does surprise me how much someone could have learned in that video. I think that it is crazy how people can do all these things on social media and sometimes even get away with it.  After watching the video, I felt really inspired and I agree with the statement of knowledge is about willing to find out. I liked how he also used different examples and how these people were able to have their own knowledge and work things out in life. I think that working hard and doing what you want to do will slowly build up the knowledge that you will have. My experience with teachers would have been when they taught me many things that I didn't know. Sometimes when I wasn't able to figure out the answer, I would ask for help or I would have learned myself and build up more knowledge along the way. There are times where the students tell the teachers new things and there are times where both the student and teacher learn something new at the same time. I think that the teachers should help the students understand things better and I think that they should pay well attention to them.
